1. DO NOT wet your lashes for 24-48 hours:

Avoiding hot steam from showers, facials, saunas and swimming pools are highly recommended. Refrain from touching or rubbing them. The golden rule is: look but don’t touch.

2. DO NOT use oil-based products, including makeup remover:

Oil breaks down the adhesive bond on the eyelash extensions and will cause them to fall out sooner than expected.

3. IT IS NOT recommended to wear mascara:

Mascara weakens the bond of the adhesive and causes premature loss of the extensions. However, you may wear water-based, non-waterproof mascara on the lower lashes.

4. DO NOT use lash curlers:

Eyelash extensions do not require additional curling. Please ask your BYL artist to apply a curlier lash if you are looking for more curl.

5. ALWAYS wash your eyelashes with gentle foamy cleanser:

Wash gently with your fingers. After wash, dry thoroughly by blotting (not rubbing) with a towel or blow drying on cool.

It is perfectly normal to shed a few natural eyelashes every day. Regular touch ups (fills) are recommended every 2-3 weeks.

2. DO NOT use oil-based products, including makeup remover:

Oil breaks down the perming solution on the lash lift and will cause them to uncurl or straighten out sooner than expected.

3. DO NOT wear mascara until 48 hours after treatment:

Mascara weakens the perming solution and causes quicker straightening of lash lifts. However, you may wear mascara 48 hours after treatment.

4. DO NOT Use lash curlers:

Lash Lifts do not require additional curling. Lash curlers may also cause plucking of your natural lashes.

5. ALWAYS wash your eyelashes with gentle foamy cleanser:

Wash gently with your fingers. After wash, dry thoroughly by blotting (not rubbing) with a towel or blow drying on cool.

Keratin Lash Lifts are a semi-permanent lift and curl treatment. Regular treatments are recommended every 4-6 weeks.

2. BRUSH your brows 2-4 times a day:

Brushing your brows 2-4 times on a daily basis helps with the longevity of the lamination.

3. APPLY caster oil to brows daily - wait one week if tint is done:

Caster oil helps to keep brows healthy and nourished. If tint is done, then wait one week to start applying oil or the tint may fade quickly.

4. ALWAYS wash your brows with gentle foamy cleanser in an upward direction:

Wash gently with your fingers in an upward direction. Hair conditioner may be used if your brows are feeling dry. After wash, brush in an upward direction BEFORE they dry.

5. DO NOT use soap or harsh makeup:

Soap may cause the tint to fade faster. It's also best to avoid using harsh makeup that may require you to scrub your brows.

It is perfectly normal for your brows to appear dark, glossy and flat to the skin right after the treatment. This is NOT the final result. After the first wash, brows will appear lighter and more fluffy.

We require 24-hour advance notice from your appointment time to cancel or reschedule any service with no charge. Any changes or cancellations made after the 24-hour window are subject to a charge of $50 to your credit or debit card. No – show will be subject to a charge of $50 to your credit or debit card AND will not be eligible to make future appointments.

Please note that we have a 15 minutes late policy. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late will be kindly asked to reschedule at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation & rescheduling policy will come into effect.
